Kelly Tang
Jim is a small business advocate and strategist with over 20 years of experience helping organizations grow through strategic planning, relationship development, and entrepreneurial leadership. His background includes recent successes in the IT, government, construction, insurance and AI SaaS/software industries as a consultant. As an entrepreneur, Jim founded, built and successfully scaled an athletic training business for over 18 years prior to a successful sale in 2025.
Jim is passionate about helping small business owners identify the right solutions to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success. He believes entrepreneurs are the backbone of the American economy, driving innovation, creating jobs and strengthening communities. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors either playing golf, going fishing or hiking.
Kelly brings 18 years of entrepreneurial experience, having managed and grown the women's division of her family's training business. Today, she serves as a business support specialist and trusted advisor to Jim, providing valuable insight and guidance to help small and women-owned businesses grow and succeed. Her practical experience, collaborative approach, and passion for supporting entrepreneurs make her an integral part of the team. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and being out in nature with horses, which reflect her commitment to balance and growth.
